Cops: Massapequa Woman Arrested After Hosting Alcohol-Fueled Party for Up to 200 Minors

Defendant Danielle Classi, 48, is the homeowner and was present during the party. She was arrested without incident.

The Public Information Office reports the arrest of a Massapequa woman for a Social Host Law crime that occurred on Tuesday, April 11, 2023 at 8:15 p.m. in Massapequa.
 
According to Police, Officers received multiple calls for a loud party and underage drinking at 85 Baltimore Avenue. Upon arrival, Officers observed approximately 150-200 youths in the back yard of this residence with access to alcohol. Officers ended the disturbance and dispersed the youths. Defendant Danielle Classi, 48, is the homeowner and was present during the party. She was arrested without incident. 
 
Defendant Classi is charged with Social Host Law: Unlawful Consumption of Alcohol by Minor at Residence. She was issued an appearance ticket and released. 
 
The Nassau County Police Department reminds all residents that we will be taking a zero-tolerance approach to the social host law and that individuals will be held criminally responsible  for allowing underage drinking.
