The Fifth Squad reports the arrest of a female Florida resident for Criminal Possession of a Gun that occurred on Wednesday, April 12, 2023 at 3:04 a.m. in Valley Stream.
According to Detectives, Officers conducted a lawful Vehicle and Traffic car stop involving a black 2016 Chevrolet Malibu in the vicinity of Green Acres Road West.
Upon further investigation, Defendant Cristine Robles, of 3265 51st Avenue Drive West in Bradenton, Florida, was found to be in possession of a loaded firearm in a handbag located on the passenger seat. She was arrested without incident and her vehicle was impounded.
Defendant Robles is charged with Criminal Possession of a Weapon 4th Degree, Criminal Possession of a Weapon 2nd Degree, and two counts of Criminal Possession of a Weapon 3rd Degree. She will be arraigned on Wednesday, April 12, 2023 at First District Court, 99 Main Street in Hempstead.
