Shirley, NY - April 20th, 2015 - Suffolk County Police Pattern Crime Unit detectives are investigating a robbery that occurred at a Shirley bank yesterday.
A man entered TD Bank, located at 530 William Floyd Parkway, handed a teller a note that stated he had a gun and demanded money. The teller complied with the man’s demands and gave him money from the drawer at 12:30 p.m.
The man, who was described as white, in his early 50s with salt-and-pepper-colored hair, fled the bank on foot, northbound through the parking lot.
