New York, NY - April 25, 2014 - Joel Marcano Torres was arrested without incident by the Federal Bureau of Investigation and the New York City Police department a few minutes after midnight on Friday, April 25, 2014.
 
Torres was wanted for shooting his girlfriend’s mother on April 23, 2014, at 143 Oxford Street in Providence, Rhode Island. Torres, who is 32 years old, fled to Bronx, New York, following the shooting.
