Brownstones Coffee has locations already in East Northport, Centereach, West Islip and Amityville so when they announced a new location in Sayville, a lot of the fans of the shop were waiting for their opening.

They did not disappoint, according to online reviews.

But, Brownstones Coffee is not just for a cup of java. They have an extensive breakfast and lunch menu as well.

Get a BEC sandwich, hash and eggs, steak and eggs, or their Very Hungry Man Feast, which includes a cheese omelet, grilled ham, two sausage links, three strips of bacon with breakfast, two silver dollar pancakes, potatoes and toast. They have a breakfast burrito with scrambled eggs, chorizo sausage, pico de gallo, corn, black beans, avocado, cheddar cheese served with sour cream and salsa and seasoned breakfast potatoes.

Frittatas, french toast and a breakfast bowl with potatoes, spinach, bacon, cherry tomatoes, and avocado topped with poached eggs and Hollandaise sauce round out the menu. (We told you there’s a lot of choices!)

Lunch included paninis, avocado toast, burgers and other handhelds like a Philly cheesesteak and a reuben.

On Yelp, KJ K, from Islip, gave them a rave review.

“A+ for Brownstones Sayville,” he wrote. “They just opened and they checked every box right off the bat. Typically it takes a new restaurant, even if their brand is established a couple of months to get going but Brownstones has it together on day 1.”

Tj, from Oakdale, gave them five stars.

“Just left their new location. I have been to the other 4 and I have not been disappointed yet,” he said. “The decor gets better with each store, the service was phenomenal and seeing some new faces and old was nice!”

Location: 229 West Main Street, Sayville, (631) 567-5376.
