Led by founder Sebastien Auvet, who is part of a new breed of wine lovers whose focus is on simplicity, authenticity, and value, the new Sag Harbor bistro – open for lunch and dinner – will feature an extensive list of continuously rotating collection of 250 wines - with over 40 different wines by the glass - coupled with a French bistro menu. In addition, Auvet has partnered with a world renowned mixologist who will create VSV’s first-ever French-inspired craft cocktail menu.

The regularly rotating wine menu is carefully selected from regions like Bordeaux, the Loire Valley, Alsace, Languedoc, Bourgogne, and even Corsica! The friendly staff will guide you through ordering the right glass or bottle paired perfectly with a gourmet charcuterie or fromage selection.
The French bistro menu, inspired by Sebastien’s grandmother, is designed to engender the atmosphere of an intimate, authentic Bistro-a-Vin in France. After spending some time there, enjoying the food and wine, and listening to nostalgic French songs, you will feel transported to all things French and yearn to visit Paris for a little romance and adventure!
