NYC-based fast-casual restaurant chain, Just Salad will be celebrating the grand opening of its new location in Westbury throughout this week. Located at 1256 Old Country Road, the restaurant’s soft opening took place on March 24. The Westbury store is Just Salad’s 2nd restaurant on Long Island, following the grand opening of its Commack location earlier this year, and first-ever store to open in Nassau County.
The Westbury location occupies 2,583 total square feet and offers 58 interior seats, including booth style seating and moveable tables and chairs that can easily accommodate any party size. A custom Just Salad Reusable Bowl light hangs prominently over the main entry area. Additionally, there is a spacious parking lot available for dine-in guests, including two dedicated parking spaces for customers retrieving pickup orders. The restaurant is open Monday - Friday from 10:30am - 9:30pm, as well as Saturday - Sunday from 11am - 9:30pm.
Just Salad is excited to bring its mission of everyday health and sustainability to the Westbury community. Guests will be able to choose from over 15 chef-designed salads, wraps, warm bowls, avocado toast, soups and smoothies when visiting the new store. Specific menu highlights include Just Salad’s seasonal spring salads, its fan-favorite “Iconic Salads” - the Crispy Chicken Poblano, Thai Chicken Crunch and Tokyo Supergreens - and its “Earth Friendly” salads with low carbon footprints.
With Just Salad’s signature Reusable Bowl Program, Westbury residents are invited to join the company’s effort to reduce waste by purchasing a bowl for just $1 and will receive a free salad topping with every reuse. To further incentivize healthy, climate-conscious food choices, Just Salad will be offering the following event and in-store promotions as part of its Westbury Grand Opening celebration:
- Ribbon Cutting: A ribbon cutting ceremony will take place at the store on Tuesday, April 25 at 10am with the Westbury Carle Place Chamber of Commerce.
- $5 Meal Days: Every customer who orders in-store on Wednesday, April 26 - Saturday, April 29 from 12pm - 2pm and 5pm - 7pm will receive a discounted $5 meal.
- VIP Bowl Day: Just Salad will offer $5 meals for Reusable Bowl customers who purchase meals in-store on Wednesday, May 3.
- Community Workers Day: Just Salad will offer $5 meals for Community Workers who purchase meals in-store on Wednesday, May 10.
