Nassau County Legislators Scott M. Davis (D – Rockville Centre) and Olena Nicks (D – Uniondale) partnered with the Nassau County Department of Consumer Affairs and the Emerald City Civic Association to host a senior scam prevention workshop at Kennedy Memorial Park in Hempstead Village on Wednesday, April 23.
 
“Through this collaborative event with the Emerald City Civic Association and the Department of Consumer Affairs, our constituents received important tips and resources that will help them protect themselves and their families from bad actors,” Legislator Davis said. “Thank you to everyone who worked with us to make this an informative evening for the greater Hempstead community!”
