The Marijuana Regulation and Taxation Act of 2021 (MRTA) allows for the delivery of cannabis products, up to 3 ounces of whole flour or 24 grams of concentrate per person per day from authorized vendors. Consumers must be over 21 years old to purchase and receive delivery. Although at least 40 dispensary licenses are expected for Long Island no authorized storefronts have opened its doors to date.
