East Setauket, NY - May 6, 2014 - Suffolk County Legislator Kara Hahn and Brookhaven Town Councilwoman Valerie Cartwright joined the family and friends of new Eagle Scout Maximilian Borstein during his Court of Honor. For his community service project, the Troop 377 Eagle from East Setauket designed, raised funds for and constructed two pieces of furniture for the reception area of the Maritime Explorium in Port Jefferson. The specially crafted bookshelf/display case and curved desk allows for better use of the museum’s limited space.
