Mineola, NY - May 20, 2015 - Acting Nassau County District Attorney Madeline Singas made the following statement in the wake of the seizure of at least $50 million worth of heroin in the Bronx today:

"Like our recent takedown of a pipeline from Mexico to Nassau County, this historic bust is further proof that heroin is a problem that stops at no border. We congratulate the DEA, the NYPD, and the Special Narcotics Prosecutor’s office for their exceptional work in this case.”
