Child Care Worker Arrested for Endangering the Welfare of an Incompetent, Physically Disabled 17-Year-Old Girl

Sea Cliff, NY - May 20, 2016 - Third Squad detectives report the arrest of a Huntington woman for Endangering the Welfare of an Incompetent/Physically Disabled Person that occurred on Sunday, May 15, 2016 at 5:52 pm in Sea Cliff.

According to detectives, Reneisha Goodridge, 27, of Huntington, while employed as a child care worker at CSO Family Services located at 101 Downing Avenue became involved in an argument with the female victim, 17.  After pushing the victim, Goodridge grabbed her arm and dragged her across the floor causing bruising to her eye, scratches on her neck and a swollen lip.  The victim was treated at scene.

After conducting an internal investigation the police were notified on Friday, May 20, 2016.  Goodridge voluntarily surrendered to detectives at 247 Broadway in Huntington.

Goodridge is charged with Endangering the Welfare of an Incompetent/Physically Disabled Person and will be arraigned on Saturday, May 21, 2016 in First District Court, Hempstead.
