The building in Holtsville where the Internal Revenue Service has its offices has been sold. According to Long Island Business News, the property went for $28.5 million.

 

Purchased by a real estate investment firm based in Manhattan, the 275K-sq-ft office building at 5000 Corporate Court in Holtsville sits on 37 acres.

 

The IRS is not the only tennent in the office building. CBRE represented the seller.
