The picture on the left side was taken in 1899 by William J. Murray. The description with the old photo reads: he present home of the oldest Presbyterian Church in America, this "wood Gothic" structure, the fourth building used by the congregation, was built in 1843, and enlarged in 1895. A man in a horse-drawn buggy has the road to himself. Note streetlight fixture on utility pole to the left.
