The Major Case Bureau is investigating a Robbery that occurred on Sunday, May 26, 2024 at 7:55 pm in East Meadow.
According to Robbery Squad Detectives, an unknown male subject entered the Dunkin Donuts, located at 329 Merrick Avenue. The subject approached a male store employee and displayed a handgun while demanding cash. The victim complied and the subject fled on foot in an unknown direction with an undisclosed amount of US currency.
There were 2 employees and no customers present inside the location at the time of the robbery. No injuries were reported.
The subject is described as a male black, approximately 5’4”-5’8” tall with a thin build, wearing a gray hooded sweatshirt and a black mask.
