Suffolk County Police have once again arrested a Nesconset man for committing a series of lewd acts in front of two separate victims after a previous arrest over the same accusations.
Jacob Levy, 27, was first arrested on Monday, April 22, 2024 for allegedly masturbating in his vehicle in front of a mother and her young daughter.
Levy was driving a sky blue 2020 Honda Civic with black rims heading westbound on Route 347 and pulled next to a vehicle driven by a woman, with her 6-year-old daughter as a passenger, at the intersection of Gibbs Pond Road and started masturbating in front of them on April 22 at approximately 3 p.m. Levy was naked from the waist down.
The mother exchanged words with Levy, took down his license plate number and called police. Levy fled in the Civic.
Following an investigation, Fourth Squad detectives arrested Levy and charged him with Public Lewdness 1st Degree, Public Lewdness, and Endangering the Welfare of a Child. He is being held overnight and scheduled to be arraigned at First District Court in Central Islip on April 25.
