Man in Custody in Connection with Fatal Overdose of Nassau Resident, Cops Say

The Major Case Bureau reports the arrest of a Queens man for Criminal Possession and Sale of a Controlled Substance.
 
According to Narcotics/Vice Squad detectives, an investigation into a fatal overdose of a Nassau County resident in Westbury led to the arrest of Charles Pistone, 26.
 
Narcotics/Vice Squad detectives placed the defendants under arrest on the above listed date and time.
 
Defendant Pistone is charged with Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 5th Degree and Criminal Sale of a Controlled Substance 4th Degree. He was arraigned at First District Court, Hempstead.
 
A criminal charge is an accusation. A defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
