SCPD: Suspect Stole Purse at Commack Walmart, then Used Stolen Credit Cards

Suffolk County Crime Stoppers and Suffolk County Police Fourth Squad detectives are seeking the public’s help to identify and locate a man who stole and used a credit card in Commack earlier this year.
 
A man stole a woman’s purse from a shopping cart at Walmart, located at 85 Crooked Hill Road, on March 23 at approximately 3:30 p.m. and then used credit cards that were in the purse at Home Depot, located next to Walmart, to purchase gift cards.
 
Suffolk County Crime Stoppers offers a cash reward of up to $5,000 for information that leads to an arrest.
