Today, June 13th, 2023, Rep. Nick LaLota (NY-01) announced additional funding for research programs at Stony Brook University. These grants total an additional $4,105,669 in federal funding.
“The more federal dollars that come home to Suffolk County, the better,” said LaLota. “Washington should spend less time using Long Island as a personal piggy bank and more money investing in our communities. I will continue to fight for Long Islanders and ensure that we get good returns on our hard-earned tax dollars.”
