RESCHEDULED TO JULY 10: "Motorcycles and the Open Road," Summer Exhibit Opens July 9 in Stony Brook Village

Stony Brook, NY - June 10, 2016 - See the evolution of the motorcycle from a 1904 Rambler to the popular 1975 Triumph, and many more at Ward Melville Heritage Organization’s summer exhibit, “Motorcycles and the Open Road” which runs from July 9 through September 5.
This is the third year WMHO is hosting this exhibit due to its popularity with each year offering all new collections, memorabilia, an outdoor car showcase, speakers, artwork and more. There will be over 50 bikes on display. ABATE of New York (American Bikers Aimed Toward Education) will also be on hand opening day promoting motorcycle safety and awareness as they have done since 1974.
Sponsored by Astoria Bank, the exhibit takes place at WMHO’s Educational & Cultural Center, 97P Main Street, Stony Brook and will be open 7 days a week from 10 am to 5 pm. General Admission is $5 pp, Children under 12 are $3 pp. For full events schedule call 631-689-5888 or visit here
