New Law Enforcers on the Streets: Nassau County Police to Host 137th Recruit Graduation June 17

Nassau County Executive Bruce Blakeman and Police Commissioner Patrick Ryder will present certificates of completion to 57 Police Academy graduates.
 
The recruits completed 7 months of intense basic training at the David S. Mack Center for Training and Intelligence.  Of the 57 graduating, 46 are members of the Nassau County Police Department. The additional recruits are from Amtrak, Garden City, Glen Cove, Long Beach, Old Brookville, Southampton Town and SUNY Stonybrook. 
 
Media is invited to attend and are requested to check in with a member of the NCPD Public Information Office.  Recruits and Police Personnel will be available for interviews.

Where: David S. Mack Center for Training and Intelligence, 1 Law Enforcement Way, (Field House Gym) Garden City, N.Y. (On the grounds of Nassau Community College)
