The Homicide Squad reports the details of an Aided case that occurred on June 19, 2023 at 2:32 pm in Malverne.
According to detectives, a 69-year-old male was struck by a Bobcat excavator, operated by a 29-year-old male, while working on a construction site at a Malverne residence.
The male victim suffered serious injuries and was transported by a Nassau County Police Helicopter to a local hospital for treatment. He is currently listed in critical condition.
Investigation is ongoing.
