According to a story in BehindTheHedges.com, a mixed-use project was proposed for a 1.4-acre site that was cobbled together from five different lots in Sag Harbor. The building is set to contain 79 affordable housing units and a 30,000-sq-ft retail component on the ground floor.
The apartments will consist of 62 one-bedroom units and 17 two-bedroom units.
It is expected to take a year-and-a-half to complete construction once begun.
