Baldwin, NY - June 30th, 2015 - The Narcotics Vice Bureau reports the arrest of a Baldwin woman for Possession of a Forged Instrument on Monday, June 29, 2015 at 4:11 P.M. in Baldwin.
According to detectives, on Thursday, March 19, 2015, Kristin Ubaghs, 31, of Arlington Avenue, entered Levins Pharmacy, located at 364 Long Beach Road, and presented a forged New York State prescription at the pharmacy. An investigation led to the arrest of the defendant at her home.
Ubaghs is charged with Possession of a Forged Instrument 2nd degree and will be arraigned on Tuesday, June 30, 2015 at First District Court in Hempstead.
