Chipotle Mexican Grill has announced the signing of a long-term leaseat 1900 Veterans Memorial Highway, Islandia, NY.
Chipotle will occupy approximately 2,500 square feet, featuring a drive-through, in the planned new retail development adjacent to Walgreens on NY-454.
Chipotle, a renowned fast-casual Mexican restaurant chain, offers a menu of burritos, bowls, tacos, quesadillas, and salads across its more than 3,200 locations worldwide.
The transaction was arranged and negotiated for the landlord by Robert Delavale of Breslin Realty.
Chipotle will join the recently announced Panera Bread in this new retail development.
