AIR QUALITY ALERT IN EFFECT UNTIL 11 PM EDT THIS EVENING An Air Quality Health Advisory remains in effect for the following counties: Nassau and Suffolk. Until 11 PM EDT this evening. Air quality levels in outdoor air are predicted to be greater than an Air Quality Index value of 100 for the pollutant of ground level ozone. The New York State Department of Health recommends that individuals consider limiting strenuous outdoor physical activity to reduce the risk of adverse health effects. People who may be especially sensitive to the effects of elevated levels of pollutants include the very young, and those with preexisting respiratory problems such as asthma or heart disease. Those with symptoms should consider consulting their personal physician. A toll free air quality hotline has been established so New York residents can stay informed on the air quality situation. Seaford, NY - July 6, 2015 - Nassau County Executive Edward P. Mangano has announced Movie Nights at Cedar Creek Park will return again this summer. Beginning at dusk, films will be shown every other Tuesday from July 7th through August 18th.

This Movie Night Schedules are as follows:

July 7th: Despicable Me – PG (95 min.) sunset 8:30 p.m.
July 21st: Princess Bride – PG (98 min.) sunset 8:23 p.m.
August 4th: The Lego Movie – PG (100 min.) sunset 8:09 p.m.
August 18th: Night at the Museum – PG (108 min.) sunset 7:52 p.m.

Cedar Creek Park is located on Merrick Road in Seaford, east of Wantagh Avenue. There is no formal seating at Cedar Creek Park, so movie-goers are urged to bring folding chairs or blankets. If weather conditions are doubtful, please call: (516) 571-7470.
