The Eighth Squad is investigating a Bias Incident that occurred on Monday, July 3, 2023 at 6:00 p.m.
According to detectives, a blue 2016 Toyota SUV was parked in front of a residential home located on Anchor Lane. The male victim, 63, found two swastikas scratched on the side of his car. The investigation is ongoing.
