SCPD Crime Alert: Man Wanted for Questioning for Gentleman's Club Arson

Dix Hills, NY - July 10th, 2014 -  Suffolk County Crime Stoppers and Arson Squad detectives are seeking the public’s help relating to an arson investigation in Dix Hills.

In the early morning hours of May 27, a man was asked to leave the Crazy Diamond Club, located at 1850 Route 25. A short time later, someone poured gasoline around the front door of the club and set the front of the building on fire while the club was occupied at approximately 1:25 a.m.

Arson Squad detectives are looking to speak to the man in the attached photos. He is described as a Hispanic male, in his mid to late 20s, approximately 5 feet 8 inches tall, clean shaven, with dark hair and a thin build. The man speaks with a heavy Spanish accent.

Suffolk County Crime Stoppers offers a cash reward of up to $5,000 for information that leads to an arrest. Anyone with information about this crime is asked to call anonymously to Crime Stoppers at 1-800-220-TIPS. All calls will be kept confidential.
