Written by Chris Boyle  |  12. July 2024

*UPDATE* Due to the predicted inclement weather on Saturday, this event is postponed to Sunday, July 14 at 8:30pm

I.FLY Trapeze, Long Island’s only flying trapeze and circus arts school, will host a “Wild West Circus” to kick off summer on Saturday, July 13 @ 8:30pm in Eisenhower Park, next to the Nassau County Aquatic Center off Merrick Avenue, just north of Hempstead Turnpike, in East Meadow, NY.  Free parking available in lot 1A adjacent to the trapeze.

I.FLY Trapeze puts spectators up close to the aerialists who perform amazing feats of athleticism and agility some 25 feet in the air. The 1-hour presentation includes Aerial Rope, Hammock, and Lyra, Comedy, Grounds acts like Diablo and Rifle, and of course a Flying Trapeze Finale. Great entertainment for the entire family.

I.FLY Trapeze was co-founded in 2006 by brothers Marco and Anthony Rosamilia and is operated by a crew of instructors and volunteers who share a love of the trapeze.

Tickets are $10 each for bleacher or grass seating (bring your favorite beach chair). VIP tickets are $75 and include front row seating for five people on a reserved blanket close-up to the action (or bring a beach chair). Tickets and information at https://www.iflytrapeze.com/performances
