Coram, NY - July 13, 2015 - On Friday, July 10th, Suffolk County Legislator Sarah Anker toured the Lester H. Davis House in Coram. Throughout the tour of the house, Legislator Anker surveyed the work being done for restoration and conservation. Legislator Anker also met with members of the Davis Town Meeting House Society, including President Maryanne Douglas, to discuss what the county can do to continue supporting the society.

“Landmarks like the Lester H. Davis House are meaningful representations of the culture and history here in Suffolk County,” said Legislator Anker. “It is so important to support and advocate for local historical societies that work to preserve these landmarks.”
