Massapequa, NY - July 13th, 2015 - The Seventh Squad reports the arrest of Massapequa man for Robbery that occurred on July 4, 2015 at 11:00 a.m. in Massapequa.
According to detectives, on July 4, 2015 at 11:00 a.m. the defendant Christian Ramirez, 21 of Trebor Road entered the County Line Farms located at 5840 Merrick Road and handed the female clerk a demand note. Ramirez fled the store with an undetermined amount of cash. T
here were no injuries. A subsequent investigation led detectives to Ramirez who was placed under arrest on July 10, 2015 at 2:55 p.m. in Wyandanch.
Ramirez is charged with Robbery 3rd degree. He will be arraigned on Saturday, July 11, 2015 at First District Court in Hempstead.
