Man with 3 Bench Warrants Arrested for Exposing Himself to 2 Teenage Girls
The Public Information Office reports the arrest of a Valley Stream man for Public Lewdness on Monday, July 18, 2022 at 7:50 pm in Valley Stream.
According to police, officers responded to The Valley Stream Village Green located at 195 Rockaway Avenue for a disturbance. Two female victims, ages 16 and 19, were approached by a male who began exposing himself. They immediately called police.
Upon police arrival, officers located Rodolfo Ernesto Umana, 36, of 114 Derby Street and placed him under arrest without incident. A further investigation by police revealed Defendant Umana had three active bench warrants.
Rodolfo Ernesto Umana is charged with Public Lewdness and Endangering the Welfare of a Child. He will be arraigned on Tuesday, July 19, 2022 at First District Court, 99 Main Street, Hempstead.
