Stony Brook Medicine celebrated the opening of its newest and largest multispecialty care facility at Smith Haven Mall by hosting a ribbon-cutting ceremony and tours of the site today. Stony Brook Advanced Specialty Care at Lake Grove offers patients a comprehensive, integrated, single-site experience for all of their outpatient healthcare needs.
Featuring a modern, open-concept layout, the approximately 170,000 square feet space formerly occupied by the Sears department store makes health and wellness care easily accessible to meet the growing healthcare needs of families across Long Island.
The state-of-the-art facility is adding specialties in a multi-phased approach. Phase One includes the following services:

This isn’t the first “one-stop shop” multispecialty care facility Stony Brook Medicine has opened in recent years. Advanced Specialty Care in Commack opened its doors in 2017 and has more than 30 specialties and subspecialties in a single, convenient location to serve the western Suffolk County community.
