Nassau County Legislature Deputy Minority Leader Arnold W. Drucker (D – Plainview) recently joined the leaders of the Plainview Old-Bethpage School District and his colleagues in government in congratulating the Plainview-Old Bethpage John F. Kennedy High School’s girls flag football team for capturing the New York State championship. The season also marked the ladies’ second consecutive Long Island Class A championship.
“Powered by their talent, drive and determination, these outstanding young athletes are blazing their own trail in the sports world and bringing tremendous pride to the Plainview-Old Bethpage community,” Deputy Minority Leader Drucker said. “It was a pleasure to honor these accomplished young ladies for their impressive achievement and wish them tremendous success in all of their future endeavors!”
