The tall ship Kalmar Nyckel is sailing out of Greenport from August 3rd through August 13th this summer. Adventure awaits as you take a two and a half hour tour on a day or evening sail. The crew will let you haul lines, set sails and tell tales.
Sails depart from the railroad dock. Parking at 104 Fourth Street in Greenport.
The Kalmar Nyckel is a full-scale replica of the 1638 Swedish merchant ship. She is the official tall ship of Delaware.

If you’re looking for a similar Old World sailing experience, the Ginny Marie, a 50-foot gaff topsail schooner, is available for charter out of Port Jefferson from now until October. She sails three times a day at 1pm, 3:30pm, and at 6pm for a sunset cruise.
