Riverhead Woman Arrested and Charged with Animal Cruelty by SCSPCA
Riverhead, NY - July 27, 2016 - On Wednesday, July 20, 2016 a Suffolk County SPCA Detective arrested and charged a Riverhead woman with Animal Cruelty.
Chief Roy Gross alleges that Tiffany Norris, 33, of Riverhead severely neglected her German Shepherd by failing to provide necessary sustenance and medical care causing extreme suffering. The dog ultimately had to be euthanized.
