According to detectives, First Precinct officers responded for a Bias Incident that occurred at the Chatterton School, located at 108 Merrick Avenue.

The First Squad reports the details of a Bias Incident that occurred on Sunday, July 30, 2023 at 9:00 am in Merrick.
 
According to detectives, First Precinct officers responded for a Bias Incident that occurred at the Chatterton School, located at 108 Merrick Avenue. Upon arrival officers observed 2 (two) swastikas spray painted in black paint on playground equipment. The swastikas were approximately 12” x 12” in size. The investigation is ongoing.
