Officials: Pablo Saravia of of Brentwood, 33, was driving his 2017 Yamaha R6 when he apparently lost control and fell off his motorcycle.

Bay Shore, NY - August 2, 2018 - Suffolk County Police Third Squad detectives are investigating a crash that killed a motorcyclist in Bay Shore on Wednesday, August 1, 2018.
 
Pablo Saravia was driving his 2017 Yamaha R6 on the eastbound Sunrise Service Road when he apparently lost control and fell off his motorcycle at approximately 1:10 p.m.
 
Saravia 33, of Brentwood, was transported to Southside Hospital in Bay Shore by Bay Shore Brightwaters Rescue Ambulance, where he died from his injuries.
 
The vehicle was impounded for a safety check.
 
Witnesses are asked to contact Third Squad detectives at 631-854-8352.
