Central Islip, NY - August 3rd, 2013 - Suffolk County Police Homicide Squad detectives are investigating the stabbing death of a Bay Shore man in a parking lot outside of a Central Islip bar early this morning.
Third Precinct officers responded to El Tenampa, located at 1553 Islip Ave., following a 911 call stating that a male had been stabbed. When officers arrived, they found Jose Amadeo Carbajao-Alverado, 23, lying in the parking lot with a stab wound to his chest at 2:15 a.m. Carbajao-Alverado was transported to Southside Hospital in Bay Shore where he was pronounced dead.
