Pictured are Ann Corley and Steve Amaral, owners of North Fork Chocolate Company, in front of their new Riverhead location. The small business, with shops in Mattituck and Riverhead, qualified for a financial incentive from PSEG Long Island because the owners opened their business in a commercial space that had been vacant for more than a year.

PSEG Long Island’s Vacant Space Revival program provides up to $10,000 in electric bill discounts for a new business’s first year, which can be financially difficult. Since 2018, PSEG Long Island has provided more than $230,000 to more than 100 new businesses under this program.
