A woman was arrested for driving while intoxicated with a 15-year-old in the car.

Long Beach, NY - August 12, 2014 - The Nassau County Police report the arrest of a Long Beach woman for Aggravated Driving While Intoxicated on Tuesday, August 12, 2014 at 4:00 A.M. in North Long Beach.
 
According to police, a Fourth Precinct patrol Officer observed a vehicle travelling southbound on Austin Boulevard drifting in and out of the lane.  A VTL stop was performed and it was determined the driver, Devon Oneill, 19, of 55 West Beech Street was under the influence of alcohol.  The passenger in the car was a female, 15 years of age, who was released from the scene.  Oneill was arrested without incident and transported to central testing for processing.
 
Oneill is charged with Aggravated Driving While Intoxicated (Leandras Law), Driving While Intoxicated, Driving While Intoxicated (over .08%), Aggravated Driving While Intoxicated (over .18%) and Failure to Maintain Lane.  She will be arraigned on Tuesday, August 12, 2014 at First District Court in Hempstead.
