To put it in perspective, Woodrow Wilson, the 28th President of the United States, was President when Mary was born and this year, we will be electing the 47th President of the United States.  I am truly in awe of Ms. Papilon and the life that she has lived. I was honored to join her friends, family and loved ones to celebrate this momentous occasion with her.  May she continue to enjoy life to its fullest,” said NYS Senator Dean Murray, 3rd Senate District.
