NCPD are seeking Carl Rapael, 14, a missing juvenile from Baldwin.

Baldwin, NY - August 14, 2017 - The Missing Persons Squad is investigating a missing juvenile that occurred on Thursday, August 10, 2017, at 6:00 a.m. in Baldwin.
 
According to detectives, Carl Rapael, 14, male, black, 5’5” tall and 125 lbs., was last seen on Grand Avenue. His clothing description and destination are unknown.
