The Missing Persons Squad is investigating a missing juvenile that occurred on Tuesday, August 13, 2019 at 4:00 pm in Baldwin.
 
According to detectives, Isaiah Ferrow, 17, was last seen leaving his Thomas Avenue residence. Isaiah is described as a male black, 5’7” tall, approximately 160 lbs., black hair and brown eyes. He was wearing a peach shirt, blues jeans and a grey Met hat.  His destination is unknown.
