NCPD reports the arrest of Dinesh Kutwal of Albertson, 45, for DWI (Leandra’s Law) that occurred on Tuesday, 8/15.

Albertson, NY - August 16, 2017 - The Third Precinct reports the details of an arrest for DWI (Leandra’s Law) that occurred in Albertson on Tuesday, 08/15/17 at 6:00 P.M.
 
According to police officers, Dinesh Kutwal, 45, of Albertson, was operating a 2017 Chrysler eastbound on Netz Pl., while intoxicated, with his 10-year-old daughter and her female friend, 10, in the car.
 
Kutwal is being charged with DWI, two counts of Aggravated Driving Intox (Child 15), two counts of Endangering Welfare of Child and will be arraigned on Wednesday, 08/16/17, in First District Court, Hempstead.
 
A criminal charge is an accusation. A defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
