Woman Wanted for Stealing Wallet at Rocky Point Grocery Store

Rocky Point, NY - August 19th, 2014 - Suffolk County Crime Stoppers and Suffolk County Police Seventh Squad detectives are seeking the public’s help to identify and locate the woman who stole a wallet from a grocery store in Rocky Point last month.

A woman stole a wallet that was left on a checkout counter at Waldbaum’s, located at 245 Route 25A, on July 22 at approximately 4:30 p.m. The woman, who was with an adult male and two children, fled in a vehicle that was described as possibly a light-colored SUV.

Suffolk County Crime Stoppers offers a cash reward of up to $5,000 for information that leads to an arrest. Anyone with information about this crime is asked to call anonymously to Crime Stoppers at 1-800-220-TIPS. All calls will be kept confidential.
