Caitlyn’s Vision Commemorates Honorees at Annual Gala
Caitlyn’s Vision hosted its annual gala dinner and auction on August 14th, at Giorgio’s Baiting Hollow. NYS Senator Dean Murray attended the fundraiser, which honored his colleague, Assemblyman Joseph DeStefano and his Chief of Staff, Penny Hines, as well as Michelle Nash, MD, and Avery Joy Berner.
Caitlyn’s Vision is a nonprofit raising awareness of pediatric eye diseases and providing eyewear to those in need. Thanks to founder Caitlyn Michiels and the board members, Caitlyn’s Vision has amassed thousands of donated eyeglasses and related resources to individuals with visual impairments. The yearly gala celebrates Caitlyn and her supporters’ dedication to this inspiring cause. Whether donating frames or promoting eye-health, anyone can be an advocate of Caitlyn’s Vision.
