Cooling centers will be open from now through Thursday morning, August 29th.

County Executive Bruce A. Blakeman announced cooling centers will be open through Thursday morning, August 29th, due to the heat advisory in effect. 
 
Stop in and cool down at the following locations: 
 
CANTIAGUE PARK ADMINISTRATION OFFICE, 480 W John Street, Hicksville
Open 8:00am - 6:00pm
 
MITCHEL FIELD ADMINISTRATION BUILDING, 1 Charles Lindbergh Boulevard, Uniondale
