Riverhead, NY - September 4th, 2013 - A meeting of the East End Health Center Community Advisory Board has been scheduled to be held on:
Wednesday, September 11, 2013 at 9:30 a.m. at Riverhead Health Center, 300 Center Drive, Riverhead, NY 11901
The purpose of the Advisory Board is to advise the Commissioner of Health Services, through the Division of Patient Care Services Administration, on matters relating to the operation of the health center.
The agenda for the meeting will include updates on Southampton and East Hampton Health Centers’ transition to Hudson River Health Care. Representatives from Hudson River and the Department of Health Services will be in attendance.
