NCPD reports the arrest of Carl Livingston of New Jersey, 19, for Public Lewdness.

Bellmore, NY - Sept. 5, 2018 - The Seventh Squad reports the arrest of a Pittstown, New Jersey, man for Public Lewdness that occurred on Friday, August 17, 2018 at 7:10 p.m. in Bellmore.
 
According to detectives, Carl Livingston, 19, of New Jersey, was seen taking pictures and exposing himself in his vehicle while watching a girls softball practice from the parking lot of Newbridge Park, 2600 Newbridge Road. The subject exited the park in his vehicle before police arrival.
 
An investigation led to the subject being located on Tuesday, September 4, 2018 in Uniondale.  He was placed under arrest without incident.
 
The defendant, Carl Livingston, is charged with Public Lewdness and will be arraigned on Wednesday, September 5, 2018 in First District Court in Hempstead.
 
Detectives are asking if anyone feels that they were a victim by the actions of the above defendant to contact the Nassau County Police Department - Seventh Squad at 516-573-6753. All callers will remain anonymous.
 
A criminal charge is an accusation. A defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
